Azerbaijani deputy FM meets Iranian ambassador

A meeting was held between Deputy Foreign Minister Araz Azimov and Iran’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Mojtaba Demirchilou.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by ISNA.

During the meeting, the current state of bilateral relations as well as a number of regional and global issues were discussed.

The ambassador emphasized that relations between the two countries are developing based on the principles of friendship and brotherhood.

Both sides expressed a shared view on the importance of continuing cooperation based on mutual interests and further strengthening bilateral relations.
