Harry Styles’ new girlfriend, The Naked Diet author Tess Ward, is clearly taking a leaf out of her own book.

The chef and food blogger, 27, stripped off for a head-and-shoulder massage at a retreat in Kerala, India.

The Sun revealed she has enjoyed a number of dates with former One Direction star Harry, 23, after being introduced by pals.

A source said: “They really bonded over their mutual love of quirky fashion and food – and things turned romantic quickly.”

Tess, a Leeds graduate, trained at Le Cordon Blue, River Cottage and The Ritz before penning the popular cookbook which “celebrates unprocessed ‘naked’ ingredients”.
