At the same time, during the Super Moon event, the Moon will be approximately 8 percent larger and 16 percent brighter than a normal full Moon.

The distance of the Moon from the Earth is 356,832 km.

For your information, the Super Moon event does not pose any danger to humans. It's just that as the Moon approaches the Earth, its gravitational pull has a greater effect on ocean and sea levels. This can lead to water levels that are 3-5 cm higher than usual.

Recall that the maximum approach of the Moon to the Earth (perigee) occurred on January 4, 1912, and at that time the distance was 356 thousand 375 km.
