President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev.

Axar.az reports that the letter states:

"Dear Ilham Heydar oglu.

On my own behalf and on behalf of the entire Kyrgyz people, I sincerely congratulate you and the fraternal Azerbaijani people on the occasion of Victory Day.

With your wise leadership, the Republic of Azerbaijan has achieved great successes, earned a worthy place in the international community, and is developing steadily.

I am confident that political, economic-trade, and cultural-humanitarian cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan will continue to strengthen and deepen for the benefit of our peoples.

Dear Ilham Heydar oglu, I wish you good health and happiness, and peace and progress to the fraternal Azerbaijani people."

The congratulatory letter of the President of Palestine reads:
