I am very honored to have visited Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that US Vice President James David Vance, who completed his visit to Azerbaijan, said this in a statement to journalists at the airport.

He noted that he discussed several important issues with the President of Azerbaijan.

Vance drew attention to the fact that, thanks to the leadership of US President Donald Trump, there will be peace and trade in the South Caucasus rather than war.

The US Vice President called his visit to Azerbaijan magnificent and thanked President Ilham Aliyev for it.

Calling the President of Azerbaijan an influential world leader, Vance emphasized that he discussed regional and global issues with the head of state, as well as the fight against terrorism.

"So, it was a great visit," Vance added.
