“Azerbaijan has never had pharmaceutical factories. We built first factories here. Two factories are being constructed”, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said in the meeting with representatives of public in Pirallahi district.

President noted that the investments to be made in these factories amount to $100 million: “New jobs, industrial spheres will be created here”.

The head of state noted all infrastructural issues regarding development of Pirallahi district are being solved: “A beautiful bridge has been built. That bridge is aimed at improvement of ecology of this region. Natural flow of the Caspian Sea was ensured. There was certain stagnation in the sea. Now, sea waters flow under the bridge. At the same time, ships and yachts will be able to sail here in the future. The bridge is an infrastructural project. Length is more than 700 meters. A four-lane, wide road has been constructed from Airport highway to Pirallahi, which meets the highest standards. I came here by this road. It’s very beautiful. You know previous situation of this road well. Therefore, implementation of these infrastructural projects creates new opportunities. Gasifying has been fully provided, there is no problem on energy. We’ll inaugurate new solar power station today. Social infrastructure is being created, hospital, a number of schools, heating system, more than 70 residential houses have been repaired, parks and new enterprises are being created”.
