A complaint was received to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources due to the destruction of greenery in the Mehdiabad settlement of the Absheron district.

The complaint has been investigated by employees of the local authorities of the Ministry. During the site review, it was found out that the land plot in front of the residential building 4 willows was removed and 2 willows were damaged. During the investigation it was revealed that the area was damaged by ” Binagadi Oil Company”. A protocol was drawn up on the representative of Binagadi Oil Company, Rauf Bayramov. The law-breaker was fined 4.000 manats and 480 manats for damage to nature. A "mandatory instruction" was issued to Binagadi Oil Company for the elimination of violations. At the same time, was applied for suspension of construction to Police department of Absheron district and Binagadi Oil Company Company.
