According to the instructions of the Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, mobile propaganda groups of the Central House of Officers named after Hazi Aslanov and the House of Officers of the Ganja Garrison conducted cultural events in the units stationed on the forward defense line. The aim of the events was to strengthen the military-patriotic upbringing of servicemen, as well as organize more productive spare time for military personnel.

During the meetings held in the military units stationed on the line of contact with the enemy, conversations on various topics were held, as well as music programs and patriotic movies were shown.

In the course of the events, the letters written by the secondary school students to servicemen were delivered and read out within the framework of the "Letter to the Soldier" project with the organizational support of the ASAN service. Servicemen have replied to all letters and sent them back.
