In Iraq there are about 15 children from Azerbaijan whose parents died in the war, member of the Federation Council of Russia, representative of the head of the Chechen Republic in the countries of the Middle East and North Africa Ziyad Sabsabi.

Axar.az reports citing APA.

According to him, there are at least 10-12 children from Tajikistan, about 15 from Azerbaijan now in Iraq.

"This is only about children, the eldest of whom is 7-8 years old. Initially, we brought the citizens of the CIS, but we were banned, because under Russian law we have no right to deal with the return of foreign citizens. If there are no documents confirming that a child’s at least one of the parents is a Russian citizen, we can not do anything, "Sabsabi said.

On Wednesday, a from Dagestan was brought from Baghdad to Moscow, whose father joined the ISIS, was killed, and the mother's whereabouts were not finally established.
