The number of COVID-19 infections has increased sharply

2,595 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection were registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan, and 1,073 people were treated and cured.

Axar.az reports that the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers stated, 37 people who tested positive for COVID-19 died.

Thirty-seven people who tested positive died.

During the last day, 14,593 tests were conducted in the country, and 2,963,012 tests have been conducted so far.

A total of 276,464 people have been infected with coronavirus in Azerbaijan so far. Of them, 244,540 were treated, 3,780 died, and the number of active patients was 28,144.
