Azerbaijan handed over the bodies of 32 Armenian servicemen to the other side.

Axar.az was informed about this by the State Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding prisoners and missing, hostage-taking citizens.

"As it is known, on September 12-14 of this year, a large-scale provocation was committed by the Armenian armed forces on the Azerbaijan-Armenia border. As a result of the retaliatory measures carried out by our army, the other party suffered a large number of losses.

We also inform you that the corpses of 32 Armenian servicemen discovered in the territories that came under our control after the military operations were examined together with the relevant employees of the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and no signs of violence were found on them. On September 17, those bodies were handed over to the other side.

Currently, the examination of other corpses belonging to Armenian soldiers is being carried out, and they will be handed over in the near future," the State Commission said.
