The Press Service of the Demining Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA) informs that on October 8, 2022, an anti-personnel mine exploded in an area not cleared of mines in the direction of the Fuzuli-Aghdam road.

According to the information provided to Axar.az by ANAMA, as a result of the incident, Aliyev Ramin Amir oglu, a resident of Shamkir district, born in 1989, and Najafov Parviz Sozali, a resident of Aghstafa district, born in 1986, were injured. Both injured persons were hospitalized. One leg of both victims was amputated above the knee.

ANAMA once again called on citizens not to deviate from the designated routes, to act responsibly and carefully and not to enter dangerous areas.
