Turkish Minister of National Defense, Army General Hulusi Akar and Chief of General Staff Yasar Guler met with Azerbaijani soldiers at the field hospital in Kahramanmaras.

It was noted that Akar thanked the military doctors and nurses who went to Turkiye to eliminate the effects of the earthquake:

"Just as we were one fist and one heart in the 44-day Patriotic War, which ended in victory, now we continue the different struggle in the same form. We are together in sadness and joy. Thank you, be there. Long live Azerbaijan-Turkiye brotherhood," the minister said in a meeting with the military.
