Axar.az reports that Hikmat Hajiyev, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, and head of the foreign policy affairs department of the Presidential Administration, wrote on X social network.

The assistant of the president noted that the three-day disarmament process in Karabakh showed that this region has become the most militarized zone in the world and the powder keg of our region due to the number of military warehouses and ammunition collected during the occupation.

"We did not expect that the region would be militarized to this extent due to the number of the population and the size of the territory," H. Hajiyev added.
