It was noted that according to the information as of 9:00 on July 27, there was occasional torrential rain in some places.

The amount of precipitation is 4 mm in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, and 1 mm in Gakh, Zagatala, Ismayilli, Shamakhi, Guba, Khaltan, and Shahdag.

An easterly wind blew. The maximum wind speed occasionally increased to 20 m/s in Naftalan and 17 m/s in Julfa.

On July 26, the maximum air temperature was recorded at 35 degrees in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 36 degrees in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, 38 degrees in the Aran regions, and up to 28 degrees in the mountainous regions.
