Son Heung-min has announced his intention to leave Tottenham after 10 years with the club.

Axar.az reports that the South Korean forward made the statement during a press conference in his home country. He expressed his desire to leave the club and asked for support from Tottenham’s management regarding his departure.

Rеportedly, the club respects his decision and is willing to facilitate his move to a team of his choice.

Son is close to transferring to MLS club Los Angeles, with ongoing negotiations. He also received offers from Saudi Arabian clubs back in May.

Notably, Son Heung-min won the UEFA Europa League with Tottenham this year.
