Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestler Ayxan Javadov competed in the final match of the U-20 World Championship held in Samokov, Bulgaria.

Axar.az reports that the athlete, who competed in the 60 kg weight category, faced Armenian wrestler Yurik Mkhitaryan in the decisive bout.

Defeating his opponent with a score of 12:5, A. Javadov became the world champion.
