Portuguese specialist Jose Mourinho has become the head coach of Benfica.

Axar.az reports that the Lisbon representative published an official statement on his social network account X.

A 2-year contract was signed with him.

It should be noted that Benfica parted ways with head coach Bruno Lage after the first match of the main stage of the UEFA Champions League, in which they lost to Qarabag.
