The next victory came from Ruslan Nurullayev (72 kg). Our wrestler, who defeated Ukrainian Oleg Khalilov with a score of 3:1 in the consolation match, went on to defeat Armenian Gaspar Terteryan with the same score in the bronze medal match.

A day before the end of the Greco-Roman wrestling competition, our team set a new record for the number of medals. Thus, our national team won 2 gold medals at the U-23 World Championship for the first time. It should be noted that yesterday, Ziya Babashov (63 kilograms) climbed to the highest step of the podium.
