Spanish media report that Jurgen Klopp, currently head of global soccer at Red Bull, is set to take over as Real Madrid’s coach this summer.

Axar.az reports that journalist Francois Gallardo of El Chiringuito claimed discussions between Klopp and club president Florentino Perez have already been finalized.

However, Klopp has denied any contact with the club, stating: “Not even once has Real Madrid called me. That is nonsense! If Real had contacted me, you would have found out directly from me. Real has contacted neither me nor my agent.”

The 58-year-old German has not coached since leaving Liverpool at the end of the 2023/2024 season.
