Azerbaijan national team player Nariman Akhundzade has made his second appearance in Major League Soccer (MLS) for Columbus Crew.
Axar.az reports, the 21-year-old forward featured in the sixth round of the regular season during an away match against Atlanta United.
He came on in the 90th minute, replacing Andres Erreran.
The match ended with a 3–1 victory for the visiting team, marking Columbus Crew’s first win of the current season.
It is worth noting that Akhundzade joined the U.S. club from Qarabag during the winter break and signed a contract with the MLS side running until the summer of 2029.
