Real Madrid rejects Arsenal bid for Arda Guler

Real Madrid CF has made a firm decision regarding Turkish star Arda Guler.

Axar.az reports that the Madrid club has rejected any possibility of selling the young midfielder amid renewed interest from Arsenal FC.

According to the report, Real Madrid’s management has clearly informed the English club that they do not intend to transfer Arda Guler, viewing the 21-year-old as an important part of their long-term plans.

It is also noted that Arsenal were prepared to offer around €90 million for the player, but the Spanish club did not consider the proposal.

Meanwhile, the report claims that changes may take place within Real Madrid’s structure following a trophyless season and internal tensions, with club president Florentino Perez reportedly planning a restructuring of the squad.

Former coach Jose Mourinho is also mentioned as one of the candidates for a potential managerial role.
