“Neftchi” football club has parted ways with Vincent Aboubakar, Edvin Kuc and Kristian Kostin after their contracts expired.

Axar.az reports, citing the club’s official website, that the agreements with all three players were not renewed. The club thanked them for their services and wished them success in their future careers.

Aboubakar, who joined in October 2025, played 18 official matches for the “whites and blacks,” scoring 9 goals. In the Premier League, he scored 7 goals in 16 appearances, making him one of the most productive players of the 2025/26 season in terms of goals-per-game ratio.

Kuc, who joined in the summer of 2024, made 44 official appearances and scored 1 goal, while Kostin featured in 7 matches since joining in the summer of 2025.
