Azerbaijani footballer leaves Slovenian club

Azerbaijani footballer Samir Masimov transferred to “AZAL” Baku from Slovenian club “Domjale”.
“AZAL” manager Eldaniz Yusifov told.


Axar.az informs referring to Report, the club's official told that 22-year-old midfielder is now in “AZAL” camp. E.Yusifov told that they will sign contract with Masimov: “Samir came to our team recently. Tomorrow we will sign 6-months contract with 1 year extension option after medical examination”.

Notably, Samir Masimov, who left “Neftchi” in February 2016 to sign 3-year contract with Slovenia’s “Domjale” club, couldn’t become player of main squad. In December of last year, he was examined by Kazakhstan’s “Okjetpes” club, but the club didn’t find him suitable.
