The 13-year-old Turkish chess player defeated Carlsen

13-year-old Turkish chess player Yagiz Kaan Erdogmus faced 33-year-old five-time world champion Magnus Carlsen (Norway).

Axar.az reports that Erdogmus defeated the legendary chess player in 41.2 seconds.

Yagız Kaan Erdogmus took the 4th place in the list of the youngest GMs in the history of world chess.

According to information, the number of chess grandmasters in Turkiye has increased to 16 since 2012.
