US President Donald Trump told European leaders that if Donbas, including areas not controlled by Russia, were handed over to him, peace could be possible soon.

Axar.az reports that The New York Times published this information.

In response, it is reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed a ceasefire along the current front line and offered written guarantees not to attack Ukraine or Europe.
