Russia is dragging out the talks and has no intention of ending the war soon.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas.

“Putin continues to prolong the negotiations and hopes to come out of this turmoil unscathed. He left Anchorage without making any commitment to stop the killings.

The U.S. has the ability to force Russia into serious negotiations, and the EU will work with Washington and Kyiv to ensure lasting peace. Moscow will not stop the war until it realizes it cannot continue,” she said.
