Axar.az reports that according to the National Hydrometeorology Service, during the night of August 16–17 and in the morning, some areas may experience occasional rain and lightning.

The northeast wind will switch to a southeast wind during the day. Night temperatures will range from 21–24°C, while daytime temperatures will be 27–31°C. Atmospheric pressure will be around 761 mmHg, and relative humidity will be 70–80% at night and 40–45% during the day.

In other regions of Azerbaijan, occasional rain and lightning are expected in some areas. In some places, the rain may be short-term and heavy, accompanied by hail, and gradually stop toward the evening. Fog is possible in some mountainous areas during the night and morning. A mild east wind will blow.

Night temperatures will range from 19–23°C, daytime temperatures 28–33°C, and in the mountains, night temperatures will be 13–18°C and daytime 20–25°C.
