Azerbaijan’s flag bearers announced for Paris olympics

The flag bearers of Azerbaijan were determined at the closing ceremony of the Summer Olympic Games held in Paris, the capital of France.

Axar.az reports that the flag of our country will be carried by Taekwondo player Gashim Magomedov (58 kg) and Zeynab Hummatova, a member of the rhythmic gymnastics team.

It should be noted that Magomedov won a silver medal at the Paris Olympics. The group gymnastics team of Azerbaijan, including Z. Hummatova, took the 5th place, and Paris-2024 will be concluded on August 11.
