Thierry Henry leaves French team

Former striker Thierry Henry has left the post of head coach of the French national team consisting of under-21 football players.

Axar.az reports that the 47-year-old specialist said that he took this step for personal reasons.

The team led by him won a silver medal at the Paris-2024 Summer Olympic Games, losing to Spain by 3:5. Emphasizing that this award is one of the biggest achievements of his career, T. Henry thanked the federation, players and fans for this experience.
