Four of our athletes will compete today at the Summer Paralympic Games in Paris, the capital of France.

Axar.az reports that para-swimmer Raman Saleh will compete in the S12 category, aiming for a medal in the 100-meter backstroke event. The qualifying rounds for this category will start at 11:30, and the finals will begin at 19:30.

Another para-swimmer, Konul Suleymanova, will compete in the S2 category for the 50-meter backstroke. The qualifying rounds for this event will be at 13:09, and the finals at 21:50.

Parataekwondo athlete Ebulfez Abuzerli (80 kg) will showcase his strength in the K44 category. The qualifying rounds for this event will take place from 12:00 to 16:30, and the finals will start at 19:00 and end at 23:30.

Our para-shooter Aybeniz Babayeva will begin her competition in the P2 category in the 10-meter shooting event. The qualifying rounds for this event will start at 14:00, and the finals will begin at 16:45.

It should be noted that the Paralympics will conclude on September 8.
