Putin, Kim Jong Un hold bilateral meeting

Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un are holding a bilateral meeting in Beijing.

Axar.az informs, citing TASS, “On your initiative, as is well known, your special units took part in the liberation of the Kursk region in full accordance with our new agreement,” he said during a meeting with DPRK leader Kim Jong Un.

He emphasized that the DPRK military “fought bravely and heroically.”

“I want to note that we will never forget the sacrifices made by your armed forces and the families of your servicemen. On behalf of the Russian people, I want to thank you for this participation in our joint struggle against modern neo-Nazism. Please convey our warmest gratitude to the entire people of the DPRK,” Putin added.
