The rotation of the personnel of the Russian peacekeeping contingent has ended. Weapons and military equipment belonging to them were sent for scheduled maintenance.

Axar.az reports that the footage of the lowering of the Russian flag while the peacekeepers were withdrawing from their positions near Shusha was met with interest on social networks.

American political scientist Luke Coffey, a senior researcher at the Hudson Institute, commented on the images. He said that he visited that area before.

"I took a photo of that flagpole when I was leaving Shusha in March 2022. I am happy to see the Russian flag lowered from here."
