As we reported, a meeting between Sergey Lavrov and Ararat Mirzoyan took place within the framework of the meeting of foreign ministers of the OSCE member states in Skopje, the capital of Macedonia.

Axar.az reports that an interesting dialogue took place between the ministers during the meeting.

Lavrov asked Mirzoyan why the ambassador (Armenian ambassador to Austria and OSCE representative Armen Papikyan - ed.) was not present at the meeting. He answered, "As far as I know, it was not requested".

Lavrov responded to Mirzoyan's answer with the question: "Your ambassador is independent, he works without instructions."
