IDF Spokesman Brigadier General Effie Defrin announced that over 100 drones have been launched by Iran toward Israel in the past few hours.

Axar.az, citing Times of Israel, reports that he stated that the Israeli Defense Forces are actively working to intercept and shoot down the drones.

The drones, launched directly from Iranian territory, are expected to take several hours to reach Israel.

The drones are being intercepted outside of Israel’s borders, a military official says.

Those that are not intercepted early are expected to reach Israel within an hour or so.
