At the 3rd Shusha Global Media Forum, Ukrainian journalist Yelena Gurbanova presented Ukrainian military insignia to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

Axar.az reports that the video was shared by Ukrainian MP Aleksey Goncharenko on his Telegram channel.

He also noted that Aliyev made a “very strong” statement about Ukrainians not surrendering:

“Yesterday, Yelena gifted Ukrainian military insignia to the President of Azerbaijan. The President thanked her and told Ukraine: ‘Do not accept occupation.’ The message is clear,” Goncharenko wrote.

As a reminder, on the first day of the forum, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev met with the event participants. The head of state answered questions from both local and foreign media representatives.
