Protests force the Bulgarian government to resign - Video

Mass protests in Bulgaria have yielded results.

Axar.az reports that, in response to the protesters’ demands, the government has agreed to resign.

It is noted that large-scale protest rallies are being held in the Bulgarian capital, Sofia, and other cities. Protesters had been demanding the government’s resignation, as well as the holding of early parliamentary elections.

Earlier, Bulgarian Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov had also resigned.
