Over 200 killed in ethnic attacks in Sudan’s Darfur region

More than 200 people have been killed as a result of ethnic cleansing carried out by Sudan’s paramilitary forces, the Rapid Support Forces.

Axar.az reports, citing Anadolu Agency, that rebels deliberately killed civilians based on ethnic affiliation in some areas of North and West Darfur.

Sudan’s doctors’ organization described the attacks as a gross violation of international humanitarian law and human rights norms.

Representatives of the Rapid Support Forces have not yet issued any statement.
