Three key clauses of 10-point proposal violated before talks

Three of the ten clauses of Iran’s 10-Point Proposal, forming the agreed framework for future negotiations with the United States, have been violated, Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf made the statement.

Axar.az reports, “Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also explicitly referenced this obligation, stating that an immediate ceasefire must begin everywhere, including Lebanon and other regions,” Ghalibaf wrote on X.

He noted that the second violation involved the entry of a drone into Iranian airspace, which was destroyed in the city of Lar in Fars Province, in clear breach of the clause prohibiting violations of Iranian airspace.

The third violation concerns Iran’s right to uranium enrichment included in the sixth clause of the proposal.

Ghalibaf claimed that the agreed framework has been openly violated even before negotiations began, making a bilateral ceasefire or talks unreasonable under the current circumstances.
