Iran’s FM Araghchi and Pakistan’s Ishaq Dar hold talks

A telephone conversation has taken place between Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar.

Axar.az reports, citing Tasnim, during the call, Pakistan’s foreign minister stressed the need to continue dialogue and engagement as essential for resolving ongoing issues as soon as possible and for promoting peace and stability in the region and beyond.

Both sides agreed to remain in close contact and also reached an understanding regarding a phone call scheduled for later the same day between the President of Iran and the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
