The death toll from Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 2023 has risen to 72,742.

Axar.az reports that according to the Palestinian Health Ministry, over the past 24 hours, two bodies and 10 injured people were brought to hospitals in Gaza.

The ministry said that since the ceasefire came into effect on October 10, 2025, Israeli attacks have killed 856 people and injured 2,463 others, while 770 bodies have been recovered from beneath the rubble.

Since October 2023, the total number of people killed in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip has risen to 72,742, while 172,565 others have been injured.

Thousands of bodies are still believed to be trapped under the rubble across Gaza.
