Zelensky says citizens of 47 countries fighting for Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russia is using citizens of 47 countries in its war against Ukraine.

Axar.az reports, citing Ukrainian media, that Zelensky made the remarks while addressing the UN General Assembly on Wednesday, September 23.

The Ukrainian president said the list includes citizens of Ghana, Nepal, Tajikistan, India, Yemen, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Cuba, Belarus, Sudan and South Africa, among others.
