Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the negotiation process has moved away from the “Anchorage agreements,” while the strong position of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the battlefield gives us the opportunity to reject Russia’s “compromises without compromise.”

Axar.az reports, citing Ukrainian media, that Zelensky made the remarks while commenting on the arrival in Kyiv of US President Donald Trump’s envoys, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.

“It is positive that President Donald Trump’s representatives, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, have arrived in Kyiv. Their visit is already a good step toward unblocking the process,” he said.

At the same time, Zelensky said he believes the process has already moved away from the “Anchorage agreements.”

“In my opinion, what is happening now, as well as the situation surrounding the ‘Anchorage agreements’ on the issue of Ukraine’s neutrality and the ‘3+2’ format, shows that the negotiation process has moved away from all of this,” he said.
