The commander of the Armenian army was sued

The commander of the 4th Corps of the Armenian Army, Major General Artak Budagyan, was put on trial immediately after the Second Karabakh War.

Axar.az reports this information was spread by "Graparak" newspaper.

He was reportedly accused of threatening Syunik Governor Surik Khachaturian with death.

Interestingly, the court ruled that Khachaturian was threatened with death on June 1, 2020. However, the court fined Budaghyan 120,000 drams.

It should be noted that Budagyan was given the rank of Major General during the Second Karabakh War.
