Volodymyr Zelensky's decree "On the territories of the Russian Federation historically inhabited by Ukrainians" is an absurd document.

Axar.az reports that Maria Zakharova, an official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, said this.

"This is suffering. The Kyiv regime will never have real achievements. Zelensky and his predecessors destroyed the country by order of the Western curators. Everything was sold, exported and stolen. People are slaughtered like cattle," Zakharova stressed.
