Russia has no superiority, but it has successes

The US does not believe that Russia has gained the upper hand in the war in Ukraine, but acknowledges its successes on the battlefield.

Axar.az reports that Matthew Miller, the spokesman of the State Department, said this at a briefing.

"If you study the dynamics of this conflict not only in two years but in the recent past, you will see that, yes, Russia is advancing on the battlefield. We saw Russia's advance over the weekend due to Ukraine's inability to arm its troops," Miller said.

He attributed the shortage of ammunition among the Ukrainian military to the delay of the US Congress in approving additional funding for Ukraine's needs.
