The EU trained 55,000 Ukrainians soldiers

Currently, the European Union has trained about 55,000 Ukrainian soldiers.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the head of the EU General Staff, Lieutenant General Michel van der Laan.

"Over the past year and a half, we have trained about 55,000 soldiers in Europe, mainly in Poland, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia and other countries," van der Laan said.

According to him, the training program started a year and a half ago and the organization intends to continue such activities.
