HAMAS: Russia is fairer

Russia should be the guarantor of the cease-fire in the Gaza Strip.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the deputy head of the Political Bureau of Hamas, Musa Abu Marzuk.

"We still insist that Russia be the guarantor of the ceasefire agreement, because it is clear that the United States is on the side of Israel and their position is not clean. Russia's position is fairer, more acceptable to all parties, and it is ready to act in this direction. We want to put an end to US hegemony and its unilateral influence on the Palestinian issue," he said.
