During the last 24 hours, more than 8,000 people left the border regions of the Kursk region.

Axar.az reports that this was reported on the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

It was noted that there are about 6,000 people in temporary accommodation centers. Specialists of the Center for Emergency Psychological Assistance of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and the regional department of the agency work with them.

The official representative of the Russian Emergencies Ministry at the regional operational headquarters noted at the briefing held in Kursk that the border residents left there in "independent and organized columns". According to him, humanitarian aid is continuously arriving in the region: the next convoys of the Russian Emergencies Ministry arrived last night: "Today five more humanitarian aid convoys are scheduled to arrive, which will bring tents, bedding, as well as other equipment needed for temporary accommodation centers. ".
