What is happening in the Middle East could easily turn into a regional war, but a ceasefire is still possible in the Gaza Strip.

Axar.az reports that US President Joe Biden said this in an interview.

"Do you believe in the possibility of a cease-fire in Gaza before you leave office in January 2025?" Biden answered the question as follows:

"Yes. It is still possible. The ceasefire plan that I prepared, approved by the G7, approved by the UN Security Council, and others, is still in place. I work every day with my entire team to prevent the situation from turning into a regional war. But it can easily happen."
